  • All services provided by Pixel Logic are primarily digital and customized, which makes them non-refundable once work has begun.
     
  • Refunds are only considered in cases where services are not delivered as agreed or there is a clear failure on our part to fulfill the agreed-upon scope.
     

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  • Refunds may be partial or full depending on the stage of service completion and the effort already invested.
     
  • Digital products or completed services that have been delivered, downloaded, or accessed are generally not eligible for a refund.
     

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel services before work has started to receive a full refund.
     
  • Cancellations after work has started may be eligible for partial refunds, depending on progress and resources used.
     

5. Payment Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
     
  • Refund processing time may take up to 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
