1. Services

Pixel Logic provides online services including web development, digital marketing, graphic design, software solutions, and IT consulting. All services are provided based on the specifications agreed upon with the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery.
   
• Communicate any changes to project requirements promptly.
   
• Make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule.
   

3. Payment Terms

• All service fees must be paid as agreed in the proposal or invoice.
   
• Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, mobile wallets, and approved online payment gateways.
   
• Services will not commence until payment is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are generally not available for digital services once work has started.
   
• Cancellations before work starts may be eligible for a full refund.
   
• Partial refunds may be considered for cancellations after work has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights for materials created by Pixel Logic remain with Pixel Logic until full payment is received.
   
• Upon full payment, rights to deliverables are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Clients must not reproduce, distribute, or use materials without permission if payment is pending.
   

6. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of service delivery.
   
• Confidential information must not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
   

7. Limitation of Liability

• Pixel Logic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
   
• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.
   

8. Service Delivery and Timeline

• Timelines for service delivery are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.
   
• Pixel Logic is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
   

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Peshawar, Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

Pixel Logic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
